Our dedicated kitting team work to a controlled production schedule to produce kits to a customer bill of materials containing any number of components.
By purchasing components from our extensive supplier base our customers can place an order for one part number and benefit from transaction efficiencies. By ordering the kit as one part number it reduces the amount of space that would be required in storing all components.
At ATL our priority is customer satisfaction and we believe this is achieved by delivering a ‘Quality product’ to our customers. To achieve this the management and kitting team follow best practises at all times. A final quality inspection is undertaken on all production batches prior to shipping.
Material Requirements Planning
Order scheduling with MRP – (Material Requirements Planning) Allows us to plan manufacturing activities and meet our customer delivery schedules. The use of MRP ensures raw materials are available for production and products are available for delivery to customers.
Increase assembly line efficiency
The supply of components for assemblies are packaged in build sequence, to increase assembly line efficiency and reduce overhead costs. Parts can be sourced or supplied free issue from the customer.
Customised Bagging Facility
Our in-house automated bagging facility dispenses items into bags of varying quantities and sizes, printed with your company logo or branding where required.
