Here at ATL we give members of staff the opportunity to put forward new ideas and suggestions to improve the way we work and deliver a better service to our customers.

A special mention to Sonya, a valued member of our packing team who so far this year has put forward two great suggestions which were accepted and implemented by the management team.

The improvement will save her and her fellow packing team a lot of time when packing kits, improve quality and our overall service.
